Acceptance of Terms
 

Sourceli is a product of Vitamic Tropical Foods Ltd, by applying to or using this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
 

Nature of the Platform
 

The platform operates a controlled supply system connecting producers and buyers. It is not an open marketplace and does not guarantee transactions between users.
 

Account Registration
 

• Users must provide accurate and complete information

• All accounts are subject to approval

• We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion
   

User Obligations
 

Producers agree to:

• Provide accurate supply information

• Fulfil assigned deliveries as agreed

• Maintain basic hygiene, animal welfare, and quality standards

Buyers agree to:

• Provide accurate business details

• Place orders in good faith

• Comply with platform processes
   

Orders & Allocation

• Orders must be submitted through the platform

• Allocation is determined solely by the platform

• The platform reserves full discretion over supply assignment
   

Deliveries & Performance
 

• Delivery outcomes may be recorded and assessed

• Performance may affect access to the platform

• The platform is not liable for failure by users to fulfil obligations
   

Payments
 

• The Platform does not take payments

• Payment terms may be agreed separately

• The platform may record payment status

• The platform does not guarantee payments unless explicitly stated
   

Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted under Ghanaian law, the platform shall not be liable for:

• supply shortages

• delivery failures

• quality disputes between users

• indirect or consequential losses
   

Prohibited Conduct
 

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information

• Attempt to bypass the platform

• Disrupt platform operations
   

Suspension & Termination
 

We may suspend or terminate access at any time due to:

• breach of these Terms

• poor performance

• misuse of the platform
   

Changes to Terms
 

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
 

Governing Law
 

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
